KP, one of the co-founders of Grand Rapids-based Treadstone Funding, is famous for his tagline, “we close on time, every time.” Together, with his team of Loan Officers and support staff, KP can provide an unmatched customer service experience. KP meshes well with the Deering Team because of his similar team concept that lets team members focus on their strengths in order to help everybody do the best job possible. Kevin will bend over backward to make sure that his realtor partners and our mutual clients are happy and will oftentimes get a loan to the closing table that another lender was unable to. This ensures that as many of our clients can become homeowners as possible!
