Parade of Homes 2022-Beautiful Homes Review
Wow! Parade of Homes 2022 may have showcased some of our favorite homes yet! Every house was absolutely beautiful and had some amazing features! We always love going around and seeing what home builders are putting out and the new trends. These were some of our favorites!
House #26-Heartland Builders-Rockford: This was cool to see because it is one of our clients! This house had an awesome covered deck out back and lots of great features for accessibility like a zero-step entry and shower! Finished basement had a movie room and wet bar for a great entertainment space! We are so glad that our clients were able to build such a beautiful home!
House #25-Eastbrook Homes-Rockford: Just a few houses over from #26 is a beautiful Eastbrook Home! They knocked it out of the park with this one! So many windows showcasing the beautiful wooded views surrounding the house! We loved that beautiful stone fireplace and custom beams in the great room, accent wall in master bedroom, and that Michigan room looks like the best place to relax and hangout!
House #24-Snowden Builders-Rockford: There’s nothing quite like touring a lake home! This beautiful new build on Brower Lake was such a cute, relaxing getaway! The original house was torn down and this house built in the same spot. We especially loved the screened in porch with outdoor fireplace off the master bedroom, the cute tile in the basement bathroom, the 12′ ceilings in the basement, and the amazing living room/kitchen on the main floor! Whoever owns this home is on vacation all summer on an all-sports lake and great outdoor entertaining area!
House #20-Esper Homes-Allendale: Located in the Placid Waters community, this house had all the waterfront home vibes. Tons of blues, whites, and natural stone and wood were seen throughout this house! The best features were the amazing stone fireplace, huge back deck and outdoor entertaining area. We also loved the wood beams over the front entrance.
House #21-TruBuilt Builders, LLC-Allendale: This home had us saying wow all the way through! The biggest thing you notice when you walked in was the incredibly tall ceilings, 360 fireplace, and cement floors giving this home a modern, yet very homey feel. The warm wood tones all throughout give this home an almost modern mountain home or industrial home feel. Tons of windows allow all the natural light from all angles into the home. The kids even got a fun spot to hang out with a secret room above their shared bathroom.
House #8-Dan Vis Builders-Caledonia: This stunning traditional English styled country home took our breath away just walking up to it! We’d never want to leave if we lived here. Gorgeous wooden arched doors open to an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen beautifully beamed ceilings and huge sliders leading to the most amazing outdoor living area. It’s a summer paradise in the backyard with a pool, stunning outdoor covered patio and kitchen and golf simulator in the pool house! The master bedroom is an oasis with cathedral ceilings, huge zero-entry shower, and relaxing tub! This home is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen in a Parade of Homes.
