Parade of Homes 2025-Party Recap
The Grand Rapids’ Spring Parade of Homes has come and gone, and we got to enjoy some of it with some really cool people! On the last Saturday of the event, we invited our MVPs and Clients to join us in touring 4 of the homes and then hanging out after at Golf 616 for food and golf simulator fun! It was a blast! The 4 homes were all very unique and had some interesting features! The stand out favorites were the homes by Engelsma Builders and Muston Construction.

The Engelsma home was a tear down and rebuild on a lot on Silver Lake in Rockford. They did a fabulous job of taking a narrow home and making it feel spacious. It was very thoughtfully laid out with a timeless design. They have another home they are currently constructing on the same lake that will be part of the Fall Parade of Homes.

Muston Construction put together a stand out home! Designed as a modern take on the English cottage, there were tons of dark wood details, color drenched rooms, moody colors, and a beautiful stonework fireplace in the living room. There were plenty of other stunning details throughout that made this one a crowd favorite.

Our time at Golf 616 was so much fun! Owner and friend, Jon Howell, set up two screens for closest-to-the-pin and longest drive competitions, had the VIP lounge with a bowling game, and then had the other screens for people to try out different things. We got pizza from Vitale’s and ate, drank, and swung golf clubs for a couple of hours. Darren Urbanski won our closest to the pin competition, and Tim Urbanski got an honorary award. We loved getting to support our friend’s business by hosting an event there and look forward to future events there!
